I have had nothing but issues with this bank this year. The online banking never works or always has issues with the login process. I have banked there since 2019 and never had problems until this year. When I call with issues of overdraft fees and them not communicating with me. They are rude and unprofessional. They returned a couple of my bills as a rejected check but claim they couldn’t do that this time. So of course they paid my bill and tell me a month later that i owe them money through a letter. I am shocked they even have 2.8 stars. Slowest drive thru and in lobby times I have ever seen. I spend alot of time in banks due to my work but I switched to this bank after moving outside of Paris. They ask for more paperwork and "proof" to the point 2 different government workers said "they dont need that? I would change banks". If you're the manager. Get off your pedestal.
They prey on kids in highschool for having no money in their account and charge a fee every day that you don’t have money.
