I bought a large chair and a half here about 10 years ago and really liked it so I returned this time for a couch and a special order chair for the wife. The couch we purchased did not work for us but Nick was great to work with us and get us the couch that we wanted. The customer service and satisfaction went well above what was expected. The delivery went great and the guys did a great job getting it to the second floor. Looking forward to our next furniture purchase which will be at Longstreet also.👍
The guys were great. I was able to get what I wanted. Everything was loaded and we were on our way.
Large selection of furniture.
Delivery guys were amazing..went above and beyond and helped move 3 chairs..offered to! We thank you very much and I love Long Street Living. Furniture is awesome, nice choices. Sabrina and customer service staff were so nice and helpful. They also went out of their way to help me. I really appreciate it. Best recliner ever. The lumbar support is awesome. Check out the Trouper Lazy Boy recliner..we have 2 now. Brandon and David were delivery guys.
Great online experience! I purchased two accent chairs. Customer service great job guiding me through options which worked out great. Will add photos when I receive
