From our first contact with the Longstreet team we have been quite pleased with every interaction. With many questions as to how to take the best care of our ailing mother, the whole office has been cooperative, open, always available, and they answered each and every question we had. When our family member suddenly needed to be placed in a nursing home, Longstreet Elder Law was so helpful. From our first meeting with Rob, we had all of our questions and concerns answered. While working with Kathy and Sue on the Medicaid application, we recieved prompt responses to our questions. Even when we felt overwhelmed and expressed our feelings, Kathy and Sue were compassionate and supportive. Navigating the Medicaid process is hard but Longstreet made it much easier.
Everyone we encountered at the office was kind, understanding, helpful and very knowledgeable. They were able to guide us down a path that worked well for our family.
