It's always a good vibe
I do take out from this establishment from time to time. Never had an issue until tonight. I called to place a pickup order and they were not willing to accommodate me even though I had special requests and an allergy. Was very firm to go through door dash only. I can't add special instructions or even omit ingredients that aren't cared for. I felt my phone etiquette was well and it sounded like the woman who answered had no desire to help me. Great experience, didn't wait too long for an open table, strong drinks
Today we ordered over $70 of food from long shots. They put raw shrimp on our salad. The salad was not a salad. It was just a bed of lettuce with dressing on it. They sent us box Mac and cheese warmed up in the microwave. Instead of the Mac and cheese bites that we asked for the chef salad had brown. Lettuce they sent two different types of dressings that we did not ask for There were no Green Beans with my meal.
