A new development and seems more like a new suburb rather than a retirement village. Would be peaceful and quiet there.
If a retirement village is on your radar, go and take a look at Longridge in Paeroa. I go to visit friends who are there. They are very happy since making the move to Longridge. There are new places being built there currently.
Perhaps we might move there in years to come
Enjoyed a recent visit to Longridge Country Estate even though the weather was not the best. The two properties we viewed were well laid out, and would be easy to just move into. Certainly happy with the designs and layout of the estate. Food for thought for a retirement lifestyle.
