This longo’s has to be the worst location that i have ever seen . I literally do not write google reviews. I just needed to make an exception. If i can save other people from my experience or help fix a situation I will. Not only do they have absolutely awful fish department staff (who dont wear hairnets including the manager) but they put gross fish out and i mean this fish was nasty. I visited Starbucks today and the service was incredible! The customer service was 20/10 and the drinks I got were amazing! Shout out to Ziquan and Robbie! I'll definitely be a regular after today.
I usually enjoy shopping at Longo’s, but today I left feeling harassed and uncomfortable. After paying for my groceries, an employee stopped me and said they “didn’t see me pay.” I found this very embarrassing and upsetting, especially since I had my receipt and had done nothing wrong. Customers should not be made to feel like suspects when they’ve paid honestly. I hope the store improves staff training so that situations like this are handled with more respect and care. Never going back.
