We had gone there to get birthday cakes and were hopeful that we could get something good as always. The staff were super nice at first, but when we mentioned we wanted it for 5 days in advance the staff began acting rude and impatient. We wanted 2 cakes, one for each of my daughters’ birthday. They said they needed 10 days in order to do so. The staff said they would make only one cake, making us choose between our daughters. We ended up going to another Longos in Aurora and they got our order in with patience and kindness.... read more

Usually a good grocery store when they have stuff in stock. But avoid on Sundays because they literally have nothing of value in stock. The good premade meals, sandwiches, fruits, fresh veg and even sometimes bread are all gone. I've gone there for a few consistent Sundays and it's always the same result.

I visited this Langos place recently and overall the food was decent, but there were a few issues. The taste of the food was okay, but the location had an unpleasant smell which made the experience less enjoyable. Service was average and nothing stood out as exceptional. Overall, I would give it 4 stars. The environment could definitely be improved.
