Have created a policy where drivers aren’t allowed to help seniors in wheelchairs so they sit in their van, and drive off, leaving the senior unable to make important appointments or worse, medical procedures. The phone call indicated they were getting their money, so it didn’t matter to them

I also own a NEMT company, once I called Longmont and requested transport I was assured of the appointment and waited for my invoice. Once I arrived to BDL, Isaac was in constant communication with me and we were picked up on time. We were driven an hour away to Niantic. We then arrived to Crescent Point and Isaac unloaded my client while I did a nurse to nurse report.
