Staff was very friendly when a family member needed to be transportes to dialysis. I like to say Thank you to the staff members that used to take him and bring him back. The staff was extremely responsible and always on time.
Terrible Service, they kept my 73 year old mother waiting for over an hour and half and gave us two different stories in addition to not answering the telephone when you call them...
Longonot is slum company! CCA uses their service and I wish CCA would dump them. There are better transportation services out there, like Swift and Stateline and Serene transportation. Do not request Longonot!!
