Absolutely the worst Mediation Program. Manipulation to force us to accept financial and Emotional Abuse by landlords. All evidence supports injustice but they use terms like "Good Faith. " Good faith is not being bias. I will never shut up. I have worked with better LIARS. This experience was unprofessional and promotes mental torture for extended periods of time. Lies about when speaking with others. Defund this program.
The City of Longmont’s Community Relations mediation team is far from neutral. Staff actively vouched for our landlord, lectured us for speaking out publicly, and pressured us to take down social media posts regarding stolen funds. They acted more like damage control for property managers than an impartial mediator. Tenants deserve fair, unbiased city oversight—not pressure tactics. My picture is created to align with what we experienced.
Let's landlords take advantage / bad at communicating funny enough...
