Shopped around deciding on an ebike that fit our needs. Casey T was immensely knowledgeable & patient. We went back a few times before deciding and he was happy to explain differences every time we went. Obvious that he is passionate about Trek bikes and ensuring we got what worked for us. He even saw us on a trail after we bought and yelled out hello & asked about the bike. Ask for Casey and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you!
They quoted me less than half of what another shop quoted for the same work. I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to leave the bike for too long and it was done early on the day of the appointment. I'm so happy with the work they did and recommend them highly.
