Absolute rudest member of staff I have ever known, was parking at a local business with my disabled son, my engine was still running as I was waiting for a van to pull out so I could get near the building I needed to be at. A man came out and shouted wind your window down, I have clients.. to which I told him that is very good for him and as he is aware my engine is still running. If this is anything to go by how he treats the general public with children in the car I would defiantly not like to see how he handles his busine... read more

ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS. I've no idea what the fee-earners do at Longlands but I'm guessing they spend most of their time trying to work out which sticking-out part of their anatomy is called an elbow, because they certainly don't waste any energy making sure they're up to date on their clients' case files. When conveyancers are so completely out of touch that they're still waiting for problems to be resolved that everybody else in the entire chain knows were resolved WEEKS AGO, what hope is there?
