All the staff are always nice and kind to me, had nothing but good experiences. The place is kept clean and maintained, even when driving by they always have landscapers, cleaners etc.. keeping busy. Keep it up!
I responded to an invitation to attend as a guest two events at Longlake Chateau. Both events centered on food and entertainment. First, the Taste of Manhattan lunch and then the Kentucky Derby social event. I was impressed by the tasty, well-presented food served at both functions. The staff were friendly, upbeat, happy and engaged the guests and residents fully. In chatting with a couple who had more recently joined this community, they so positively expressed their happiness about making Longlake their new home.
It’s reassuring to know our great aunt is cared for so well. She enjoys her space and says the food is great. She has made friends very quickly which is fantastic. She also really appreciates the young helpers that come in during the week.
