I was the bus driver at long lake chateau for over 2 years.the staff are an excellent crew and do their work with passion and caring.the management have an open door policy and make getting problems dealt with easily and quickly.Tamara ,the gm takes her job very seriously and it isn't uncommon to see her there on days she is supposed to be off.She was an awesome person to work for,she didn't micro manage me and let me do my job,hard to beat as far as bosses go.The residents made me feel like a family member and leaving was o... read more
My grandmother moved in a year ago and she is very happy. I just visited her and all the staff is so helpful and polite. My grandma loves this community.

I think that Longlake Chateau is the best place out of all of the ones that I visited prior to moving in eight years ago
I think it’s a very wonderful place. It is safe and a place I can call home. The food is excellent. There is lots of variety and access to a 24 hour snack bar is included in your rent.
