The company inboxed me 50 minutes before scheduled time that he was not coming because the landfills were closed due to rain and trucks getting stuck. He did offer to schedule another day in the week but we needed this at this specific time which is why we scheduled in advance. ALSO, I called my nearest land fill and they are open to the public. Not cool. At all.
I contacted this team through the Thumbtack app for junk removal before my family moves. The team worked with my schedule and took care of the job quickly and efficiently. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs help with this process!
We scheduled a move for Monday after learning there was no availability to complete the move Saturday or Sunday as I would have preferred. On Monday morning I received a text letting me know that they would be unable to assist me with the move due to a crew issue/injury. Strung along for the entire day and abandoned late into evening without concern. Company is incapable of handling delays/pressure and some luck will be required to have a good experience. Scheduled weeks in advance, all calls/texts indicated everything was all setup. Packed, ready and waiting at the start of the four hour window. Turned out to be all day but they didn’t stop. Such a huge relief. Previous homeowners tossed everything over back fence. Shrubbery, branches, old tires, old fence and more. No way to get truck in to it in undeveloped area so men tossed all in back yard and then to their truck in front. Cleaned all up. Shalaby very professional and polite Call them. They deserve the 5 stars!!!
