I was referred here by my doctor but never received a call to schedule an appointment. When I called to follow up, Sheila answered the phone and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I learned that my referral had expired, yet no one ever contacted me about it. Based on this experience, it seems they don’t value new patients or their business. This place is a gem of a find and I’m so happy chat gpt recommended it to me or I never would have found it. From the moment you arrive you feel welcome and so at peace. It’s truly a place to come find rest and healing with a staff who cares and makes you feel at home. My acupuncture session was beyond everything I was needing and I left feeling renewed. I will be back every week as often as I can and can’t wait to try their massage services as well.
