Yes,This place is a fraud to local seniors. What a disappointment. More than two years waiting for the opportunity to have an apartment in Longcrest. I was following up on my application via email and they told me that nothing was available and this past week they told me that they had sent me a letter and calls and that we did not respond. I never received a letter because it was sent to the wrong address, nor did I receive any calls. I have lived here since the doors opened. I love every minute of living here. What a wonderful place to spend my senior years. We are like one big family. The staff is so great and caring.
This place is a fraud to local seniors. My mother was told she was the 4th person on the waitlist, that applied. Yet she still hasn’t been placed, in one of the apartments. When she questioned this. She was told, that the apartments are full, given to out of state seniors.
I have lived at LongCrest since July 2020 and I love it here. The common areas are always clean, parking is convenient and property is beautiful. We are only one block away from Buchanan Park which is a pleasant walk.
