I did not feel like I had personalized care or even that the pt cared. I have a fractured sacrum from a fall and he kept getting it mixed up with a fractured tailbone and when I kept corrected him he said "same thing" which it is not, the sacrum to tied to many nerve endings and supports a lot of the skeletal structure. He also kept forgetting the zone of my fracture as he was having me do exercises he was not helping me with my form and was talking to other staff about football. I am so impressed with Long Trail.
