So grateful to Steve for providing immediate, compassionate, trustworthy care when my car died nearby. He stopped what he was doing and came over to diagnose it right away. He suspected that a software update may be the cause and advised I take it to the dealer instead of paying for potentially unneeded repairs at his shop. He was so kind, calm, and helpful in my time of need. Thank you!!!
Good customer service
