Wonderful service and Friendly staff.
I loved this bank when I first started banking with them. Everyone was kind and helpful and transactions were easy. I recently ran into a situation where things got complicated and was dealing with Amanda in the loan department who was very nice and did what she could to help. I then had to deal with Jessica B and she was very rude. When I went to the bank to finish the transaction, not only was she rude but so was the teller that she passed me off to.
This place is a joke. Cosigner on loan go to make payment they paid someone else debt that I have no legal binding to n no legal Obligation to pay and fuse to. Pay loan. Horrible services. Biggest joke of a bank. Send letter to pay this go pay that oh wait it's still not paid because we added it to something completely different than a loan.
Worst bank I use, direct deposits never go in on time I get a weekly deposit to my account sometimes it goes through at 9 in the morning sometimes I get it at 1 in the afternoon. they won’t verify funds from other banks they make you wait weeks as a business owner to cash a check. There is one person “KF”in the ellenboro bank that is actually for the members and helping out the people. I went in to complain about checks taking 2-3 weeks to deposit for my business.
