Great shop, very nice crew working there. Prices are reasonable for parts and labor. I trust them with all my bike needs and they never BS me. They always take the time to explain things to me, which is incredibly valuable to me.
I have had my bicycle fixed a few times here and each time when I get the final bill, I'm left thinking "wow, that's it?'. The staff here are great and super courteous. They will expedite maintenance if your bike is your primary commuter or while you're on a ride and something happens. Staff also was very helpful in providing resources to learn the bicycle routes both in Longmont and Boulder County. I'm very thankful to have this shop in the neighborhood.
Lied about truing my wheel and instead they put sealant in my tire and a got a new valve to show that they did work on it. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be coming back.
Really helpful with IDing specs for parts and advice for keeping the wheels turning. Looks like a nice selection of bikes too.
The owner, Paul, and his employees are the best. Super friendly and knowledgeable. After trying to install part on my Trek myself, I had to take it to a shop to be done buy a professional. Paul was able to get me squared away and back on the road at a fair and reasonable price. Definitely highly recommend his shop. They're also open Sunday and Monday, which is very convenient with other shops being closed those days.
