It's very rare that I write a review... But, I had to stop and thank the folks at The Long Island Tile Company - With special thanks to Giovanni. I had brought in a sample of (very old) tile, that I needed to match (redoing a shower, not the whole bathroom) and they couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. I walked in at 4:00 yesterday, took home some samples to match, placed the order over the phone at 9am this morning and I have my tiles in my garage today!! I was there and worked with Celine. She was a hige help and so helpful. She went out of her way to look for specific items that she thought I would like. She was sp easy to work with and absolutely no pressure! A pleasure!
The Designer Dee Richter went above and beyond the norm to assist me in not only sourcing a slate tile I was unable to find. But was most knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Thank you Tile Company for her employ.
Such a perfect, boutique experience that you have probably passed by 1,000 times while driving. An infinite amount of shapes, colors, textures, etc. You need to walk in just to see what they have. Incredible!
