We had our taxes done over 2 months ago. And just found out they were never actually filed and sent to the irs, even though we paid to have them done and filed. Iv been trying to get in contact with them through emails and calls and no response whatsoever. And then found out when looking at paper work a bunch of things were wrong on the papers she filled out.
PSA!! DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! My sister filed her taxes. Or should i say TRIED to file her taxes with Laura. Laura promised she would help my sister, collected the paperwork and everything needed to start the process, time had passed she never filed them, & she stopped answering all calls, couldnt even get the paper work back to go to somebody else!!! My sister is now being charged 10 of THOUSANDS of dollars on top of her tax payments. My sister has not been able to recover financially or mentally.
Honest, sincere, and professional. Been going to Laura for at least 15 years. No complaints whatsoever.
