Laura made mistakes on my father's previous years return which had to be amended. The back and forth trying to get her to file the return electronically was unbearable. They stated that the IRS does not accept electronically filed amended returns which is not true they just don't like to file them electronically. On top of the original mistake they did not include a schedule SE with the amended return some more back and forth between the IRS and them. Absolutely love this place!!!
I am extremely disappointed with everyone at LI Tax Services. We are long time customers who will never be returning. If they did the right thing or tried to help rectify the situation I would not be writing this review. We were told by Laura to mail in a check or pay online for the taxes we owed because her system was having trouble with taking the automatic payment. We paid our taxes online when we got home. About 17 days later we woke up to thousands of dollars missing from our checking account. Two things happened here… ... read more
