Please help! Does anyone know this lady? We paid her to file my mother’s taxes in March. She forgot to put in our tax credits and shorted my mother by 18k on her returns, then she said she will refile before October…then I guess she went on vacation. We have been calling and leaving messages every week. We spoke to her secretary. Her daughter. Her son in-law.
