I had to start an eviction case from Florida for a tenant I have in New York. These guys advised me that I had to serve the warning notices first or my case wouldn’t even get filed. My lawyer didn’t even know about the notices. They served the notices and I’m waiting on a court date. They know what they are doing. I will continue to use them.
