Bought recliner sofa from Long furniture . USB port came loose as screw came out . They used cheap mdf board on sofa. The chinese lady owner acts friendly but she is very rude after purchase . We complained about the product so many times but she has not done anything about it. I spent $2800 for the lounge not worth it . I will go now and complain to fair trading . Please dont shop here
The worst place ever. Can never expect delivery on time and when it does come in, it will be damaged. After receiving the the payment, the tone of the store personal, Sam and others will change dramatically and will treat you like an enemy. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET DEALING WITH THEM

The lady pretend to be very kind and friendly to help you find what you like but when you pay and buy there is no way for her personality to be the same .our lounge was not made as we requested so we asked to pay for it to be fixed as it sink in ,she was furious and replied that wouldn't happen as no material can be sold and will cost a lot of money and we realised that we don't have any warranty on that lounge .would never buy from this shop again and will warn others to make sure there is a warranty of 2 years at least .
