Long Eaton Cycles went above and beyond to help me out, even solving issues that Giant assistance couldn't manage. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting everything sorted. Can't recommend them enough!
The best customer service and not pushy like most retailers. Was very patient with me being fusy on choice of bike . Excellent service
An incredible local bike shop. I’ve took my bike here for a service and was really looked after. I was told everything I needed. I returned to upgrade my wheels on my road bike and again top notch service and advice. I could not recommend this shop enough.
