They are by far one of the worst moving companies out there. Damaged Items, Lack of communication, they like to hold you stuff hostage unless you pay more money. Items we're just thrown in the garage and some in the house, they were also not set back up like they were supposed to be set back up and paid for. Damaged an antique china cabinet from the early 1800s, damaged sleep Number beds, scratched brand new hardwood floors, multiple TVs broken, Etc, Etc,... Stay away from this company! I've been waiting on my claim payments for over a month now. I have a feeling this company actually screens phone calls. I've been calling them and leaving messages for 2 weeks straight to get a status on my payment. Such a scam! If i could give them 0 stars, I would.
Horrible moving experience ever!!!!! Showed up days after they were scheduled. Broken down trucks with check engine lights on and flat tires. Stopped half way because they said truck not big enough (twice). Bill the guy who took my order does not answer messages. I think he died of Covid! Half of my processions (paintings especially) were never delivered. Team said “Oh no one told you the rest of your things (tv sets and 20 plus paintings) will arrive eventually in another truck. Scalpers, don’t deliver on time, damaged/missing items, no communication with company via phone of email, never reimbursed after filing a claim for missing/damaged items. Office manager hung up on me when I inquired. Would not recommend.
The actual job wasn't awful, some things broken, a couple things missing, but getting in touch with anyone at their "office," if they even have one, is impossible. If anything major breaks or you have any issues, you won't be able to get in touch with anyone. Use another company.
