Need to do better with order handling. Placed an order on 8/25 for some shoes, estimated delivery date was 8/31. Called on 8/31 since there was no update via fedex, guy answers and said they're still at the store going out today. I informed him it was for a bday gift on the 1st. He said sorry they've been backed up, might want to mention that online orders may take longer than what the website states. They had an Erick Winkowski Primeval deck listed at a sale price of $69, I checked out and received the invoice via email. And the price was the regular price. I reached out and explained and I only received very unhelpful and condescending emails stating they have no knowledge of the board being on sale. Go to NHS for all your skateboard needs. Always a helpful experience.
Nathan Diego and Ethan are all solid dudes I had been shopping around all week for a skate board for my son who’s gonna turn 4 and I wanted to get him a legitimate board from a real skate company and I shopped all over the place and this is the only place I found a good stock of boards for smaller younger riders thanks boys I appreciate yall best skate shop In so cal!
