I ordered shoes from here, took two weeks to come and hasn’t even been delivered yet, I can’t rate the order because I didn’t receive it yet but I wanted to rate them on here because their lack of communication and speed is embarrassing
Everyone says service is bad? They just handled a situation where honestly I forgot to change my card to my new address and they were able to help me out and help me out with the label change and stop the order before it went out. super fast too. Handled no problem. Thanks again ! Will def order again soon, looking forward to getting a shaped board in the future.
Won't ship item unless you pay for their "shipping protection" scam. No communication. They charge enough for shipping to not add a scam on top. Just shop anywhere else if looking online this place isn't worth the headache.
Purchased two shirts from them. Shipping was later than expected for such a short distance. Both shirts arrived used with stains. First time buyer experience, last time a customer. UPDATE - They contacted me immediately to resolve this issue. Impressed with the service
Ordered shoes from them and haven’t gotten any updates on shipping. I’ve sent multiple emails and no response from their staff. 10 days have gone by and no action is ridiculous. Waiting on a refund but have not been contacted by any of their staff. Would not reccomend online purchases here.
