Lauren helped my next door neighbor with his reverse mortgage. I was very satisfied with my experience. Lauren came out to my house to meet with me in person and even made arrangements with a handyman to complete some work that needed to be done for loan approval. She was always available to answer my questions. My reverse mortgage was successfully completed.
