The staff here did wonders for my left shoulder after I was hit by a car. Although at times the exercises were very uncomfortable, they pushed me to my limits and now I’m pain free with complete range of motion. Also my strength has returned. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended!

I had my hip surgery done by Commons Clinic/Long Beach Lakewood Ortho and choose to do my after surgery therapy in office. Mina and staff are professional, friendly and provide on time service. If you listen to Mina and complete his routine individualized for you, your outcome will be a 1000 better than you even expected. He is an orthopedic whisperer that can work out minor muscle issues as you go through the process. I highly recommend Mina and his team. Rebecca Pozsgai
