Came in for cracked IPad. Owner in his late 30’s middle eastern guy had a used screen who HE tested inaccurately tested. He told me it worked when it didn’t, after 1 day of using it, it showed black screen with audio on. Took it back and so he over charged me and told me that he has to get paid for his time that he had put into it already. He charges over charges, I highly recommend going somewhere else….
Josh was able to save my phone! Somehow a piece of my charger broke off into my charging port and I didn’t even notice until my phone was dying and I went to charge again. I was in a panic. Luckily my husband found this place and we were able to get it fixed within an hour! Would definitely recommend anyone with phone issues to come here.
Good shop, good guy. I reached out through their site, they got back to me within a day. Price was reasonable, timing was fantastic- overall very pleasant experience.
Josh and his staff were excellent help. I came in to replace my iPhone 14 battery and shattered back panel since my phone kept shutting down randomly. They were timely with the repair, sticking to the given estimate of 2 hrs and all appeared well. My cellular data stopped working after the repair though, so I went home disappointed and had him give me back my old battery (he replaced the back panel free of charge due to the inconvenience).
