Josh is a very respectable and honest man. Today i came in for my charging port inoperable and he fixed it of course but thats beside the point. During my visit a very rude lady walked in with her son and demanded a discount because she wasn’t present when her son came in for the repair ( a minor she stated ) josh of course explained the situation and wanted to speak to a guardian of course.
