Adam and his team did a great job with our mortgage loan. We're first time homebuyers and buying in SoCal in the current climate was incredibly intimidating. Adam had a great balance of patience, speed, and experience. He fielded all of our newbie questions and explained the process clearly. We even closed 2 weeks early. Matt & the Long Beach Home Loan team were beyond great during my home buying process. This was my first time buying a home so I was extremely nervous but Matt never hesitated to give me all the necessary info I needed, in a way I could actually understand it. I could call or text him him and the team at any time and they would always make theirselves available to me when needed. I’m in my 3rd refinance with an fha loan and I’ve worked with Adam and his team for 2 of them. I’ve also done my diligence and requested quotes for at least 3 different brokers/lenders for each refinance. Adam gave me the best numbers each time and kept it honest throughout the way.
