Daniel was nothing but awesome towards me. I’m a college athlete who’s super tall and looking on a budget. I had previous issues with another company. He took me in, helped me out, gave me a great deal and even set me up with some height adjusted settings for my bike. He helped me learn the system of how it works as well as helped me load into my roommates car for me! If you need anything when it comes to bikes or scooters this is the place to go. Took my E Bike in because my rear brake went out. David came to my rescue and fixed it on the spot. Hopefully I dont need repairs in the future however if I do its coming here to David and crew. Thank yall for being so honest and on time. LB
Didn’t have the bike advertised on their page, didn’t answer the phone and the customer service was awful 2 workers not paying attention to the customers while one just sat there on his phone.
Good person, helped me out a lot im very appreciative of the great customer service. Good service and good prices as well
