Have been waiting for my return to be done for over 2 weeks. I still don’t know the status or how much we are even going to owe for the service. Would never use them again!! Update: Horrible company. They took too long to process my taxes so I told them I wanted to cancel it and I did not want them filing my taxes for me now. Unfortunately, we found an omission on our tax return from the previous two years where we had followed the necessary steps to let L&A know of our life change. No big deal, we'll just get it amended, I thought. After a few emails back and forth with no returned calls, we are expected to pay a fee to file the amendments for the mistake of the tax pros. It's clearly documented that I notated the change to them when it occurred. This is a $10k mistake and they're hellbent on keeping their fees to amend it. It's unfortunate to h... read more
