Have been waiting for my return to be done for over 2 weeks. I still don’t know the status or how much we are even going to owe for the service. Would never use them again!!
Unfortunately, we found an omission on our tax return from the previous two years where we had followed the necessary steps to let L&A know of our life change. No big deal, we'll just get it amended, I thought. After a few emails back and forth with no returned calls, we are expected to pay a fee to file the amendments for the mistake of the tax pros. If you're looking for a CPA, Tom Long and his team are the best in the business. My only regret is having gone to any other CPA firm prior. Grateful to have him in my corner for all things taxes, business, investments!
