I’d give them 10 starts if possible ! Travis is the best! I had some damaged parts from a bad storm due to operator error of not securing product per recommendation of manufacturer . Needles to say emailed him a list and he was quick to quote price and set me a date to pick the parts up. When arriving he was filled with knowledge of this product and the best ways to repair and set it up! Best customer service I’ve experience in a while !
Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Our Lonestar Windmill needed a part and I called them directly. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me. He sent us the part we needed and had it in 2 days. Our windmill is up and running now. Thank you so much Lonestar Windmills!!
I purchased one of their 30 inch heads and it is a great product. Very pretty and good quality product that should stand up to West Texas winds.
I've ordered a couple dozen rusted windmills head kits from Lonestar and noticed each process was inconsistent. Some arrived in 1 week, others arrived in 3 weeks. And some parts were missing or not rusted. Now, I heard they are not doing the rusting process anymore. The quality was really good and beautiful but just inconsistent and slow.
