DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! My sister and I purchased a sectional from this establishment in May 2024. Almost a year later, we are still without a couch and the ability to make our house a home. Shopping at Lone Star and with the sales manger Courvoisier was pleasant and a breeze, but beware of the wolves here in sheep’s clothing! I came into Lonestar Mattress and Furniture last week and was helped by Alexander. We found a set of couches and mattress that we are very happy with. The Lonestar team was very easy to work with and even though there was difficulty with getting our original choice of couches in the home, we were able to go back and select another one, and get the new ones delivered with no issues at all. I appreciate the hard work of getting us taken care of. I will recommend Lonestar to my family and friends.

This company operates in a completely unacceptable manner. They have no issue taking customers' money but fail to deliver the promised product. It is beyond unreasonable that my friend had to take legal action over something she rightfully paid for when the company could have easily resolved the issue by either providing the product or issuing a refund if it was unavailable. And then, to get defensive instead of providing quality service is disappointing and speaks volumes about their lack of integrity.

I’m only choosing one star cause I have to. But I would leave negative stars if I could. Unfortunately, when my sister moved to Houston she was robbed by the movers who moved her. After finally getting settled in, she found Lonstar and what seemed to be a good start to putting the pieces back together. However! I am absolutely appalled by the way Lonestar Mattress & Furniture operates.
