To whom it may concern I was just at the range on 7/14/18 at 1758pm and was treated very bad by two of your employees. I just wanted to pick up a gun that I ordered and was refused service. I have in the past had at least 10 guns delivered to your range I also attend the range there frequently. I was literally thrown out by one of your male employees just because I asked if they could do me a favor and let me get my gun. Business response:
We have a policy that firearm transfers must start 30 minutes prior to closing. When we contacted you we stated that as we have in previous tranfers. Showing up as we are locking the door and expecting an exception for a process that takes 20-45 minutes does not fit within that time frame.

We went a had a blast. Staff was helpful but stayed out of your way so you can do your thing and nice chose of weapons to rent.
experience level: novice Weapon: S&W AR-15 with Vortec red dot I completed a skill builder class last night for 3-gun competition. Really enjoyed it! Instructor was knowledgable and drilled through the basics quickly at each station so we got to practice at multiple stations with pointers all along. I had fun, and I improved my skill, learned drills I can do to keep improving! I've been to the range several times, this is my first class there. I will be taking more classes and getting my CHL from Lonestar.
