My husband and I had our first trip with Lone Star this past week. Charles was waiting for us when we opened our front door at the appointed time. H was also waiting for us at Baggage Claim inside the terminal when we returned. The Suburban was impeccably detailed. Charles maneuvered around rush hour traffic beautifully. It was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be using Lone Star in the future.
