No communication, placed order and waited. I had to contact if I wanted to get status. Could have done better.
Rick was great!! I ordered the wrong tool and he took back the special order tool and helped me figure out what one I needed. He knew right away which one I had to order with the picture I sent him. Great service and communication!!
