I just purchased a Cowhide print leather couch & a cowhide rug, the young lady was GREAT, moved table so I could try different hides, GREAT Price on couch too!!
I will no longer do business with this furniture store. The older man that is the salesman is so rude. I wont go into detail but he was rude several times. The last time he was rude.I came in to buy a entertainment center and end table. After he was rude I just left and didnt make my purchase. I will not support people who treat me badly. I would not recommend. Obviously byvthe reviews if this store they should fire the salesman and hire new help.
There is no words to explain the horrible experience I faced trying to buy some furniture there. On 04/12/14 I went to that store and I selected several pieces they had in invcentory. Important to state none of the pieces was special as they were in inventory. My cousin paid $1000 with her credit card. The total amount was $3039.94 minus $1000 down, the remaining balance was $2474.71 including delivery $120 and sales taxes . I went to this store to buy bedroom I had email quotes from them for the brands and pieces i was interested in.The salesman is trying to sell the more expensive set,I told him I had a quote and I wanted to know if they're going to honor it,he agreed to then came back and said it was wrong too cheap.The Secretary quoted those prices and she shouldn't have because she doesn't know anything about selling furniture.I told him i would buy the one I originally wanted if he would honor the price quote so he agreed , checked to see ... read more
I bought a mattress from this store of march 2012 , first one they brought to my home was rip,sent out another one ,now the mattress has totaly broke down to point cant even sleep on it and when i called owner ,all i got was f bombed .How this man is still open is a wonder to me .
Bought furniture and they sent wrong stuff so tried to return it owner got all crazy with us and then came and got furniture then ran drove off while almost running over sis n law due to him trying to get away with out giving refund .. going to claims court
They have a great selection of furniture and most of it in stock. Which is great when you drive over an hour to get there. We didn't waste our day at all, found more than what we bargained for and brought it all back with us. The sales guy Larry was running around to make sure every customers got helped the best he could, the warehouse guy was very helpfull with the loading. It was a great experience, will go back.
If i had seen the men that deliver the furniture out in public i would have thought they were jobless and on the verge off homelessness. the owner hires anyone regardless because theyre paid under the table anyways
