Amazing staff and a great facility. The environment is very welcoming, and the staff is highly attentive to residents. Their client services are phenomenal. Overall, this is an excellent facility to consider for yourself or a loved one.
My family and I are very pleased with Lone Star. My grandfather was at the other nursing home in Kingsville, we were not happy with the care so we transferred him to Lone Star. The staff and care they provided was amazing. Thank you Lone Star Ranch for treating my grandfather with dignity and respect! And treating us like family!
