The staff is amazing! The facility always smells clean and the nurses were very attentive with my aunt, she made great progress with her therapy sessions and now she is living on her own. Thank you so much Lone Star! Definitely recommend after surgery or a hospital stay!

I contacted Ms. Vickie Guevara to help me provide respite care for my father. Vickie made it very easy to for us to get a room, her nursing staff checked on my dad and made sure he received any care that he needed. I will be using them again!! Thank you Lone Star Ranch for being there for my dad. Everyone was great!!
