Shannon is simply amazing! When we first started with her our daughter was living off pedisure. Since then we have her on a schedule and she eating actual food. No words can say how much she has helped us.
Shannon is passionate about her work, and always comes with a smile and a bagful of ideas and recipes. Her TV videos give great insight into what a session with this bubbly personality is like. Working with Shannon was a pleasure, and an education. My daughter and I wanted to learn more about nutrition for a teen vs. an adult. She shed some light on the differences between adult and teen nutrition, and gave us so many suggestions on new foods! We are trying to incorporate what we learned in our everyday cooking.
