Veary friendly staff they are veary helpful and straight forward with instructions they even have a bath room and you can check your credit on there app too amazing Texas service I highly recommend

What a great experience. I opened a new account and Alberto was the absolute best. It was the best customer service I have received in a long time.
Service is a bit slow, but compared to other banks in the area, they are above average. I find the staff friendly and helpful. If you need a local bank in Port Isabel or on SPI, I’d strongly recommend you put this at the top of your list.
