Clarissa was so helpful and kind. Excellent customer service and super efficient. Need more people like her in this world.
They closed my business accounts without notice or reason last year. I am attempting to access my statements for tax purposes but I can no longer log into my online account because they closed my bank accounts. I have to go into a location and pay $5 a month, for each statement needed. They talk about customer service and being small business orientated but that all goes out the window once they have your account.
