I’ve tried multiple big chain banks no one has customer service like Lonestar bank Joe linan went above and beyond my expectations to help me I will never switch because of your customer service.
I am filing a complaint regarding an agent at Lone Star National Bank who was unprofessional when I requested help with a dispute. Instead of assisting me, the agent made dismissive comments and gave the impression they did not want to handle the issue.
By far this bank was a bad experience never going back again , so the staff here was very rude too so I got scammed almost. 1,400 & they did not help me get my money back I still see them sending emails about same scammers hmmmm.. but hopefully there giving other people there money back , they were so rude with me when I tried getting answers horrible horrible customer service turn away from this bank pls
I’ve been a customer of Lone Star National Bank for about a year now and I’m really enjoying the experience. Opened my accounts at this Fredericksburg location with the then branch manager Ernest, he was and has been an absolute class act with me ever since we met, anytime I’ve need anything he’s been very attentive even drove out to my businesses a few times to visit and drop off checks, just incredible customer service.
