By far this bank was a bad experience never going back again , so the staff here was very rude too so I got scammed almost. 1,400 & they did not help me get my money back I still see them sending emails about same scammers hmmmm.. but hopefully there giving other people there money back , they were so rude with me when I tried getting answers horrible horrible customer service turn away from this bank pls
I’ve been a customer of Lone Star National Bank for about a year now and I’m really enjoying the experience. Opened my accounts at this Fredericksburg location with the then branch manager Ernest, he was and has been an absolute class act with me ever since we met, anytime I’ve need anything he’s been very attentive even drove out to my businesses a few times to visit and drop off checks, just incredible customer service. Worst bank ever. Don’t trust them. They give you the run around and don’t come clean. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK.
Love the customer service, we have bank with them for over 19 years and never had a problem.
DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! Not Veteran Friendly!!!! They wouldnt let me cash a check bigger than the money i had in my account. I am a member and they did not trust me !! I will be spreading this everywhere!! DO not Bank with them. Your money will be messed and scammed with!! Nice way to treat veterans!
