Been cashing my checks there for 4 months then all of a sudden they have a limit on my payroll check now they insist I open up an account for them to be able to cash my payroll check I get off work @ 5pm and would have to take a day off to do this the only reason I cash my check there is because this is the bank my employer uses and we receive our checks @ 5pm and now in order for me to cash I need an account. Bad marketing strategy.

My husband and I built our first home and we had a horrible experience with Lone Star. I do not recommend them. Lack of communication, we wouldn’t get any of our calls/texts returned. They did not do anything to help us through our first experience.

If you want convenience don’t use this bank. They are still stuck in the past there app doesn’t work properly always crashes. I got fraud on my account they said they fixed it. Then they gave me the credit for it then turned it around and charged me for it. WTH. Then lady in the location called vendor and didnt even have the transaction in record so confirmed it was fraud. Still didn’t get credit. Don’t use Lonestar National Bank!
