I’ve been with them for years, but this is the the first time I review their customer service. It’s terrible. There has not been one time I do not get transferred over and over and not get assisted or someone has a bad attitude or annoyed tone. Simple things that other banks can resolved over the phone cannot get done or you’re left waiting on the line. Opened up an account here cause of work with the supposed of getting paid early LIED, first time I get my VA benefits here and now I am getting it AFTER the first. The gentleman Opened my account did a horrible job. Never again moving all my money out
Just closed an account today. Horrible customer service and online services as well. Do not recommend this bank. Expected more from a local bank.
Unfortunately I have to say I was disappointed and dissatisfied with the help I received from Mireya A Garcia. She held an almost confrontational attitude making the whole interaction tense, leaving me with a bad taste. Sad to see this from a local bank.
