I have been calling for a title I paid off and keep on getting the run around. Customer service is horrible. At least the holding voice recording is very apologetic and thankful for you holding. Spent 9 minutes on hold had to hang up and redialed, just to be placed on hold again.
I just had the ugliest customer service experience, with a teller at this branch, she did not even staple my payment receipts to my papers, just gave me all 10 payments receipts loose. She did not even say thank you, and it seemed like she hated her Job, and no smile either. I don’t think I will ever go to this branch location.
I’ve been with them for years, but this is the the first time I review their customer service. It’s terrible. There has not been one time I do not get transferred over and over and not get assisted or someone has a bad attitude or annoyed tone. Simple things that other banks can resolved over the phone cannot get done or you’re left waiting on the line. Opened up an account here cause of work with the supposed of getting paid early LIED, first time I get my VA benefits here and now I am getting it AFTER the first. The gentleman Opened my account did a horrible job. Never again moving all my money out
