THIS IS NOT THE VALLEY'S BANK!!!!! Unfair charges for every little thing. They are a predatory buisness here to take advantage of the less/un informed. I have so many issues with this bank I don't know where to start. I lost track of how many times they have been fined by the regulatory agencies for illegal practices. Worst customer service anywhere!!!!! FTP
Very slow drive thru service. Was there before many of the cars, but they left me to the last. Very disappointed.
ATM machine are never working at both locations in Weslaco.
