Lucero was such an amazing banker she fulfilled my needs and she has exceptional customer service. I love the energy and it made it feel like such a safe place. Also. The benefits are great and I love that. Great bank to bank with I 100% recommend
They need more workers on Saturday to help people getting their replacement card move faster, especially knowing they are only open three hours, knowing damn well it will get traffic in there, especially after they were closed a day prior.
The ppl are nice. But the atm is always broken and what sucks more is it’s always out of service when the LSNB app kicks you out or is also out of service. this bank is such a drag
