They always take forever because I deposit for a business, and 1 of the tellers doesn’t like me. She’s so rude!!!!!

Why do I have to go in person to report FRAUD? I have never heard of a bank doing this. I can’t cancel paper fees I didn’t even ask for and have to go in person as well. Literally why? Charging me $10 a month for something I never asked for and had no choice to cancel my card. I’m cancelling my account and direct deposit immediately.
