I have an account with this branch . I visited this location today wanting to transfer my IRA from a credit union bank and also a small saving . I was in their lobby for over 20 minutes and nobody acknowledged I was there . The cashiers behind the counter had no customers not 1 of them said hello or even looked my way . A man was with a female customer in his office and I guess my wife and I were to bothering his conversation with her cause he got up and closed his office door. THIS IS NOT THE VALLEY'S BANK!!!!! Unfair charges for every little thing. They are a predatory buisness here to take advantage of the less/un informed. I have so many issues with this bank I don't know where to start. I lost track of how many times they have been fined by the regulatory agencies for illegal practices. Worst customer service anywhere!!!!! FTP
